Over a size or count, the call is refused with a code from Error codes and nothing is written. Over a rate, it answers 429 rate_limited and the message says when to try again. Over a plan's storage, what is already published keeps serving and new writes wait; see Plans and pricing.

Live rooms at once is how many artifacts in one workspace may hold a live room at the same moment; a room holds up to 500 open pages on every plan. A room that empties keeps its place for 20 seconds so the same artifact can reconnect.

A page's saves are limited to at most 30 a minute for each visitor, 600 an hour for the artifact, and 120 an hour from one network address for each artifact.
